PLATTSBURGH — The Plattsburgh North Stars had little trouble getting back on the winning track Saturday night. Quarterback Harry Rascoe threw for four touchdowns and ran for two more as the North Stars (5-1) rolled to a 47-7 victory over the Vermont Ice Storm in Empire Football League play at the Plattsburgh High School Athletic Complex.
