The Empire Football League recently held its Annual Meeting in Binghamton, New York and announced the addition of the Sussex Stags from Augusta, New Jersey. One of highlights of this new team is their newly upgraded facility Skyland Stadium. Now in its 46th year of operation, the Empire Football League is also one of the oldest semipro/minor league football organizations in the nation.
The 2015 EFL season will start July 11th, has a bye September 5th and ends September 19th. The EFL Playoffs will begin on September 26th and conclude with the EFL Championship Game on October 3rd.
2015 Empire Football League Officers were elected as follows:

- Jane Dole, EFL Assistant
- Al Dole, Rules Committee Chairman/Deputy Commissioner
