SYRACUSE — Evan Buckingham and Bill Tuigamala each returned an interception for a touchdown, and the Watertown Red and Black beat the Syracuse Strong, 20-13, in a battle for first-place in the Empire Football League standings Saturday night at Nottingham High School.
The Red and Black improved to 3-1 and will play at the Glove Cities Colonials at 7 p.m. next Saturday.
